Please note that dinner service is allocated 2 hours with the first reservation being 6.00pm. Please contact the restaurant directly should you have any special requests. Afterwards, diners are welcome to stay and enjoy a drink in the bar.

All of our Whole Turkeys are Bronze Free Range Turkeys from Maperath Farms in Kells, Co. Meath.

Using traditional handling techniques, outdoor living and slow rearing, Maperath birds enjoy over six months of natural locally sourced feeds and maximum time foraging in the outdoors.


Dry Age Beef

Our beef is sourced from farms in Leinster and the surrounding areas.

We hang our beef in our Dry Age Chamber for approximately 28 days.  The resulting process of desiccation creates a greater concentration of beef flavour and taste.

Secondly, the beef’s natural enzymes break down the connective tissue in the muscle, which leads to more tender beef.

Our team of butchers hand select and cut the finest Irish Beef, Lamb, Pork and Poultry which are all locally supplied to Dollard & Co, Dublin.

We have a variety of organic, free range, and speciality chicken and birds, as well as the classics like Pale & Smoked Ham Fillet. It’s also the perfect time to sample our dry-aging chamber. Drop in, select your beef and how long you would like it aged for – we’ll take care of the rest!
