Please note that dinner service is allocated 2 hours with the first reservation being 6.00pm. Please contact the restaurant directly should you have any special requests. Afterwards, diners are welcome to stay and enjoy a drink in the bar.

A Food Experience

In the food hall we’ve teamed up with some of the country’s best producers

Bringing you the finest Irish and international produce daily, with shelves that are ladened with top quality produce from the best fishermen, farmers, butchers, bakers and cheese-makers from both here and abroad.

Stepping in to Dollard & Co. from either our deli entrance on Wellington Quay, or our food hall entrance on East Essex Street, you’ll be greeted by stunning displays of seasonal produce, artisan breads, deli treats, incredible meats, freshly caught seafood, a fantastic assortment of local and international cheeses, charcuterie, juicy olives and innovative and downright delectable take home meals. When you’re done, pop over to our off-licence to pick up a bottle of Chateau La Coste – our house winery, or another one of our equally wonderful selections of wine or spirits to accompany your meal.

All that shopping makes for hungry work too, why not grab a slice of our freshly prepared pizza to keep you going?


Our fresh, vibrant, colourful fruit and vegetable produce is located in our food hall and sourced both locally and internationally. One thing’s for sure, whether it’s from just down the road or from further afield, our produce will be fresh fresh fresh!

Meat and Fish

We can’t wait for you to visit our Meat and Fish Counter! We think it’s beautiful, and we hope you do, too. Here, you can choose from a serious selection of meats and fish. Plus, we’ve got our very own dry aging chamber, where our meats are aged for up to 28 days only, depending on the cut. This process leaves them succulent, tender and unbelievably flavoursome.

Cheese Counter

Talk to the experts at our dedicated Cheese and Charcuterie Counter, home to the best selection of cured meats, a huge selection of cheeses, marinated olives and more. They’ll be on hand to help you with pairings and accompaniments to make your choices sing! Blessed are the cheesemakers, indeed! Plus, we’ve got the creamiest, tastiest dairy produce and grocery items like oils, flours, porridges, granolas, jams, chocolates, biscuits and condiments, too. Why not build your cheese and charcuterie board, and then take it over to our deli where you can relax and enjoy it alone or with a friend.

Take-Home Meals

We want you to be able to grab all the ingredients you need to whip up a top notch meal – but if cooking isn’t on your agenda we’ve got you covered too. Our Dollard & Co. Head Chef, Troy Watson, has carefully put together a menu of restaurant quality pre-prepared inspired by the most popular dishes from restaurants like Angelina’s, Sophie’s and Roberta’s. (located just upstairs!)

There are over 100 different items to choose from – ranging from inventive ready meals, sauces and more. No prep required and you can enjoy restaurant quality fare in the comfort of your own home.


We’ve got a fantastic pizza oven and we’ll be throwing dough and making pizzas into the very wee hours from our hatch on Wellington Quay too.


If you’re looking for the perfect gift for someone special, look no further! We offer carefully thought out hampers, hand packed with artisanal goods and culinary delights!

Off License

In the Off License there’s a great selection of carefully chosen wines from the Chateau La Coste vineyard, a wonderful selection of craft beers and high-end spirits. Pick up a bottle of wine or some ice cold craft beers and you’re sorted! Why not also try Ireland’s first ‘En Vrac’ wine system? You can now drop in, pick up one of our reusable glass bottles, pick your wine (we’ve four to choose from), and fill your bottle. Enjoy at home and then pop back with your glass bottle for a refill!
